aku tak pernah masuk this hunt before, so mungkin akan masuk la kali neh kot.

dah banyak kali dah aku pergi penang neh tau. hehe
hope that we can get at least RM100 petronas vouchers. haha
else teruk la nak cover the fuel hike kan. hehe
dekat penang nanti akan stay either at paradise sandy beach resort penang or copthorne orchid hotel penang. dua2 hotel neh pun aku belum pernah stay lagi. tapi tengok dalam website diaorang mcm best je kan. hehe

KUALA LUMPUR, July 25 (Bernama) — This years National Press Club-Celcom Media Treasure Hunt will take participants from Kuala Lumpur to Penang on Aug 23, with the top prize of RM5,000 in both the open and media categories, respectively.
Celcom has come in again, for the second year running, as the title sponsor of this prestigious event which draws as many as 400 participants from media and media-related organizations as well as members of the public.
The hunt carries the theme of “Jom Melancong” (Let’s Go Holiday), in line with the desire of both NPC and Celcom to encourage more Malaysians to travel within the country and get to know Malaysia better.
The catch-phrase of this years hunt is “The Hunt for Heritage” in keeping with Unesco’yup s classification of George Town as a World Heritage Site.
Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad’s Vice President of Corporate Communications, Datuk Najmuddin Abdullah, said the company greatly appreciated its partnership with the National Press Club, and was always in support of its activities.
NPC President Mokhtar Hussain said the NPC viewed the treasure hunt as a fun way of instilling knowledge about the country in media personnel and members of the public.
The NPC-Celcom Media Treasure Hunt 2008 expects to attract up to 120 teams of treasure hunters, in as many vehicles, as participants with the offer of cash and other prizes for both the Media and Open categories.
The first, second and third cash prizes for both categories are RM5,000, RM4,000 and RM3,000, respectively.
The entry fee for the Media Category is RM170 per participant and the Open Category, RM200 per participant.

The closing date for submission of entries is 15 August 2008 but an Early Bird discount of RM20 per participant is given to all entries submitted on or before 8 pm on 8 August 2008.
